Your responsibilities would include:

The Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Manager is responsible for running the CPI Function and is a trusted partner for Local Management in leading the identification, prioritization and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives by applying methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and best practices, in order to achieve business goals through increased efficiency, better processes and controls, and higher consistency in quality service delivery and embed a culture of standardisation and continuous improvement in the HEINEKEN operations.

The CPI Manager is the custodian of the HEINEKEN Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Framework in HEINEKEN Krakow.

  • Develop & deploy CPI Framework and Funnel in line with the Global CPI and Transformation Strategy.
  • Act as custodian of CPI Funnel and ensure compliance with standards
  • Support the identification and prioritisation of CPI opportunities within HKR, Transformation, Global Functions and OpCos.
  • Ensure the embedment of CPI Culture and lean/six sigma thinking, embracing continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify CPI Training needs and facilitates CPI training.
  • Build process improvement capabilities through execution of lean six sigma trainings and people development.
  • Involvement in improvement Projects -  provide content reference and expertise (e.g. with defining project goals and business cases, costs and benefits analysis) and advise project teams which execute the CPI projects on methods (mentoring, coaching)
  • Ensure that standards and lean principles are accessible and easy to use on a daily basis.
  • Driving the implementation of standard reports to HEINEKEN stakeholders on progress and results of improvement initiatives through regular governance and floor visual management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, as appropriate, to deliver mutually beneficial end-to-end process improvements.
  • Act as a Change Leader by engaging, facilitating and sharing CPI success stories across functions through effective communication
  • Monitors and keeps up to date with relevant Lean Six Sigma developments, exchange knowledge with colleagues
  • Identify benchmarks and external best practices to continuously challenge and improve processes
  • Leads the implementation of RPA in HGSS adhering to Global and local standards and framework
  • Acts as custodian of the RPA and Advanced Automation Framework for HGSS robots 
  • Attracts, develops and retains talent for CPI team. Ensures effective Performance Management through the creation of Personal Development Plans: working on the development targets formulated in this plan throughout the year to improve competencies and skills. 
You are The Candidate if:

You have:

  • University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • A Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • 7 - 10 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in CI, Lean Six Sigma and setting up similar Ways of Working within a corporate environment
  • Experience in assessing process and information and process flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance
  • Proactive attitude in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • Ability to drive improvements, acts as a change agent and has a hands-on mentality. Works structured and is committed to deliver results
  • Experience in organising and leading cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance
  • Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, with emphasis on the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications
  • Strong project management skills and driven transformation projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities. Have the ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence solutions at a senior level
