Job Description
- Act as business partner for the organization identifying opportunities for growth and process optimization
- Support the further growth of the company across CEE region in terms of market-share
- Ensure the delivery of accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting of actual results as well as management information and performance indicators
- Banking, treasury and risk management, costs controlling, margin & effectiveness
- Lead the controlling and accounting teams (up to 6 FTEs)
- Optimize and develop the existing controlling tools
- Revision of the currently existing financial processes
- Drive change and ensure financial performance improvement as well as financial awareness across the organization and among non-financial staff
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant University degree in Finance, professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA) will be an added value
- Several years of experience in a managerial role within finance; experience in medical / pharmaceutical / fmcg business will be a very strong asset
- Practical knowledge of IFRS and local tax and statutory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills to review business and make sound recommendations
- Success track record in management and developing teams
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- High level of hands-on approach
- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude
- Knowledge of ERP class systems; SAP knowledge will be an added value
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
