We are currently looking for a Commerce Offering Leader, join us if you are:

A natural collaborator, you've worked closely with senior clients, and technical subject matter experts to inspire and lead high quality projects utilizing your delivery experience and understanding of complex solutions. Passionate about ecommerce and the changes it’s driving across brands and markets. Knowledgeable about digital trends and the future of retail industry. Strategic thinker combining the ability to develop long term plans and executional excellence that enables you to deliver them. You have an interest and understanding of ecommerce landscape and technologies, from e-commerce platforms (B2c / B2B), through DXP/CMS solutions to marketing automation & DAM/PIM class systems. You live and breathe all things digital and have had experience with digital technology and web architecture. You'll have a passion for identifying and growing new business opportunities while having credibility to pull senior clients out of their comfort zones while taking them on a journey of Digital Innovation.

Do you have?

  • Demonstrated expertise in ecommerce, having built a strong reputation as a subject matter expert in the Digital landscape
  • Experience working with VP-level clients and across entire organizations
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ecommerce industry and history of building business in a consultative or agency environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Your future role

In the role of Commerce Offering Leader you would be responsible for leading & growing the e-commerce business practice. Overseeing delivery of ecommerce services for Deloitte clients and acting as an expert for ecommerce matters. Provide advice, generate strategy documents, assess competitive developments and conduct other ecommerce related work. You will be working on our most innovative, challenging and complex projects, and you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and leading the delivery of client projects.

You will be expected to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with other designers, developers, project managers and clients develop practical, implementable strategies, solutions and interactive concepts.

Along with the experience and energy you bring to the team, you'll be responsible for:
Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors, leading the client relationship
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
People Development: Perform role mentor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting for a portfolio of projects; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
