Job Description
- Performing monthly Payroll reconciliations (files from payroll provider vs. payout)
- Performing payroll oversight activities (e.g. account reconciliations and analyses)
- Ensuring that all Payroll requirements are met and day-to-day issues with respective stakeholders are resolved
- Acting as key contact for shared service to ensure service delivery in time and quality
- Supporting Shared service with BS reconciliation of payroll related accounts, etc.
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Performing fluctuation analysis on Income Statement accounts in preparation for audit purposes
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (or in the GL department with payroll responsibilities)
- A proven track record in transactional Payroll processes as well as Comprehensive and end-to-end view on transactional Accounting and Closing
- Fluent English, other European language will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Flexible approach
