Key activities

Purpose of Role:

• Execution of communication plans and related materials, aligned to strategies & requirements
• Gatekeepers to the brands’ identity according to predefined standards & consistency of the message
• Function as a consultant for assigned product category and related brands in communication area

Principal Responsibilities:

• Execution of the communication tools (online and off-line) according to annual communication plans for product launches
• Representing broad knowledge on items within various marketing channels (mobile, digital, print, online, Social Media)
• Ensuring materials are produced according to predefined design standards
• Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all communication content
• Understanding key requirements per communication tool/material
• Managing the Communication projects – work on master versions, collect approvals from interdependent depts., work according to predefined schedules, manage the localization of the materials
• Providing support and input to other communication projects as required
• Managing and supporting the agencies and other external parties involvement in the projects
• Main point of contact for the translation agencies
• Managing the budget spend and cost tracking in Oracle system and outside related with assigned communication projects

Profile we look for

• 1-2 years’ experience in production and execution of communication/ marketing materials
• Project Management (briefing, trafficking, controlling schedules, costs tracking)
• Ability to understand and add value to communication materials being produced
• Escalation/ risk management processes
• Demonstrable knowledge of the process for producing communication materials ideally across multiple countries / languages
• Highly organised, with ability to work under a time pressure in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities
• IT Literate - Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Acrobat (PDF Proofing)
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
• Ability to work on a number of projects
• Customer-centric approach
• Team-oriented & collaborative with the ability to work within cross-functional relationships across multiple levels
• ‘Continuous improvement’ approach – seeking to deliver better, faster, cheaper
