- Proactively contacting customers by email and phone to secure payment of invoices
- Responsibly liaising with internal teams to ensure problems with payment collection are managed efficiently and quickly
- Daily management and monitoring of own scope of customers and invoices
- Data Analysis
- Providing support to teammates, and likewise proactively reaching out for support with issues in own scope of work
- Regular reporting to Team Lead

- Knowledge and experience of SAP, Cowork, or Salesforce would be a plus.
