Job description:

What’s the role?
As Aviation Interface Controller you will be responsible for the process related to ensuring that the data reflecting Aviation fuelling taking place at the airports in Europe/LATAM/Americas, MESAF and APAC is interfaced correctly and timely via various Aviation interfaces into ERP system.

More specifically, your role will include:

 

  • Daily monitoring of interfaces for Aviation Into Plane transactions (ensuring smooth data flow from Data Capture Systems at the airports – via Onehub / SkyPad – to GSAP and Legacy ERPs).

  • Provide Analytics of the errors causing rejection of transactions and implementation of the most appropriate and effective solutions.

  • Work with various stakeholders to identify errors’ root causes to fix them and enable timely processing of transactions.

  • Understand the rules of applying ED&VAT taxation.

  • Support aviation system related controls execution and control documentation maintenance.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who have good attention to detail and will be able to extrapolate this skill to understand the overall impact of the Aviation organization. Beyond that, we’d hope to see as many following as possible on You CV:

 

  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Ms. Outlook.

  • Very good English (written and oral- B2).

  • Knowledge of GSAP/SAP or another ERP.

  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (frequent calls with challenging stakeholders).

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

  • Strong customer focus.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.
