For our Client, we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of
Responsibilities:
- responsible for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a new ERP implementation in the Group,
- directly manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with IT partners to oversee all phases of a project,
- develop documented business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, and schedule of the project,
- defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan,
- sets deadlines, project team, assign responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system implementation,
- facilitate meetings and working sessions with the project team,
- rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on a time, cost, quality parameters,
- leads the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration,
- controls the project budget, schedule, and resources.
Requirements:
- hands-on functional knowledge of at least one ERP solution (preferably SAP, ORACLE, Ax IFS),
- experience as an active team member or PM on at least 3 full-cycle ERP implementation software,
- selection and Platform Strategy experience is a plus,
- knowledge of project management tools,
- balanced business/technical background,
- strong customer orientation,
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,
- attention to details and focus on quality,
- strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical staff,
- strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands,
- proven ability to lead successful technology implementation project,
- good English(min. B2).
