You will work with First and Second Line colleagues to ensure an effective Integrated Non-Financial Risk Assessment program (INFRA) is conducted and completed timely.   You will work with various Global Delivery business units to enhance control libraries; make improvements to the existing INFRA process, and enhance the Risk Excellence culture.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the semi-annual and annual Integrated Non-Financial Risk Assessment (INFRA) for numerous Global Delivery risk units in accordance with the INFRA standard
  • Assist with the evaluation of first line risks and controls (including but not limited to, risk ratings, validating controls with the business, testing controls)
  • Continuously develop deep knowledge of core product and  services, processes, financial markets and technology
  • Interact with and report risk related issues and progress to senior management
  • Lead and/or actively participate in committees and risk management projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Competent with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Around 5-6 years of experience in the financial services industry focused in any one or more of the following areas: controls design and effectiveness evaluation; operations; risk management, regulatory compliance, and project management
  • Detailed functional expertise and broad company knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate and drive execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work on large global cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work within deadlines and meet goals
