For an our Client, growing real estate developer, currently we are looking for outstanding candidate for a Financial Controller/ Senior Financial Controller role based in Warsaw City Center.

Job Description
- Responsibility for monthly closing process and reporting of assigned companies including variance analyses and commentaries
- Reporting company / park / property P&L and Balance Sheets
- Commentary on Rent Rolls changes and signed agreements
- Review of Tenant approval calculations prior new lease signing
- Cooperation and preparation of annual Budgets and FCSTs at company and country level
- Preparation of Monthly Cash projections including review Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables status and Development projects.
- Tracking evidence / bookkeeping of invoices with external accountants and internal teams to ensure completeness
- Collection and preparation of accounting documents / calculations to be further processed by external accountants and tax advisors (incl. accruals, provisions)
- Sign off cash transfers, distributions and payment of invoices in the banking systems from company accounts
- Involvement in year-end statutory and group financial closings
- Cooperation with external auditors and advisors on various projects
- Project related work will include involvement in implementation of financial systems and other process optimizations projects or implementations
- Support country and group management with ad-hoc business analyses
The Successful Applicant
- Education in Finance & Accounting area or similar
- Total experience of min. 4 years
- Preferred with Real Estate experience will be an asset
- If no RE experience, then strong proof of financial competencies
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office,
- Advanced command of Excel and analytical skills (incl. pivots, charting techniques, large data tables analyses)
- Perfect command of English
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable, should be able to deliver tasks independently and work in a team
- Self-managed, open and task oriented individual
- Ready to work under time constraints
