Job Description
- Managing of the small team (assigning tasks, development of people, support with daily issues, and more)
- Close cooperation with Client - taking care of the relationship
- Reconciliations, reporting and support of month end closing
- Handling statements and requests from suppliers
- Improving all processes and implementing of best practices, especially standardization and simplifications
- Ensuring high quality services are delivered on time
The Successful Applicant
- Min. 1 year of experience in Team Lead role
- 3+ years of experience in AP
- Fluent English
- MS Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handling of multiple challenges and tasks
- Effective organizational skills
- Bachelors/Master's degree, accounting preferable
