  • General administration tasks i.e. collecting and filing forms; scanning documents; sending forms to vendors by courier
  • Effectively manage benefit queries from employees
  • Data entry for into systems/spreadsheets to facilitate employee benefit enrolment/changes 
  • Ad hoc tasks to support benefit administrator

     

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Benefits Administrator or similar role (is a plus)
  • Good knowledge in written and oral English (required) and German (is a plus)
  • Excel knowledge (practical usage of various functions i.e. pivot tables, v-look up others)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Displays a positive attitude toward work and the work environment
  • Team player
