UX Specialist

Job description:

• Creating interactive mockups and prototypes of websites and applications

• Taking part in project meetings - collecting requirements, conducting workshops with the client

• Preparing user research and running usability tests

• Active support at product development phase

• Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of entrusted projects

• Gathering feedback and continuous improvement of the projects

• Providing consultancy and maintaining cooperation with PwC team and company clients

Requirements:

• Experience in designing web and mobile user interfaces

• Knowledge of design patterns and understanding of systematic approach to design

• Experience in defining user flows

• Ability to apply user experience design skills to business needs

• Attention to detail

• Analytical thinking and creative problem solving

• Practical knowledge of different platforms and dimensions in user interface design

• Attitude for listening and teamwork

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Availability and mobility during the implementation of the project in Poland and abroad (according to preferences)

• Command of English at the level which allows to communicate with the client and other members of the team

• Practical knowledge and theoretical understanding of Design Thinking approach to product and service design

• Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience in conducting user research and usability testing will be an asset
