Job Description
Deliver timely and accurate information on financial and operational status of the company, support Management Board decision processes, through:
- regular reporting - financial, budget analysis, KPIs
- financial planning and analysis
- ad-hoc various fields analysis
- managing ERP system data and resources
- sales controlling (market analytics, research, price calculator, CRM support)
- preparing materials for internal communication and reviews
Proactive development and implementation of improvements in controlling and management processes Elements of financial management (relation with banks, cash flow management).
The Successful Applicant
- University degree, preferably in economics and finance or related fields
- Minimum 5 year experience in the area of financial controlling and accounting, preferably in production company
- Proficiency in budgeting, reporting and controlling tools
- Analytic skills, ability to develop findings and present them in organised manner
- Understanding business drivers and processes, esp. in sales and operations areas
- Proven leadership experience
- Management consulting experience is an additional advantage
- Very good command of English, ability to work in English daily
- Business acumen, problem-solving approach, proactive and "can-do" attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
