Job Description
- Motivating, controlling and coaching subordinate employees
- Support team members in daily task handling
- Analyze the team Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Respond to identified customer issues, queries and needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery for all processes performed by the Team
- Ensure process compliance with relevant accounting requirements, company policies and internal controls,
- Actively participate in Group/and company projects, coordinate projects held in CoE
- Drive process improvements and standardization projects within your area of responsibility
The Successful Applicant
- Min. 4 years' experience in Accounting
- Master degree in finance and accounting or economics, ACCA or CIMA qualification will be a bonus
- Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude
- Flexibility and ability to work within dynamic environment
- Experience in managing teams as an advantage
- Knowledge of Navision system is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and deal with dynamic business issues
- Ability to motivate and empower team members
- Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Communicative French
