Knowledge/Experience

• 4-5 years marketing experience;
• Fluent English speaker;
• Professional Services experience is an advantage;
• Experience in planning and executing innovative and creative marketing and business development activities targeted at a senior business audience;
• Must have excellent project management skills with strong experience in executing activities across the full marketing mix;
• Strategic perspective, pragmatic in execution;
• International experience an advantage;
• Able to manage competing priorities;
• Proactive with a “can do” approach and ambitious;
• Strong team player.

Role Objectives

The role reports to the Regional Clients and Markets Manager and the key objectives of the role are:

• To plan and project manage the successful implementation of regional marketing and business development campaigns for one or more industry groups;
• To develop and manage high quality marketing and business development programmes that can be executed across Deloitte Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop go to market initiatives for one or more industry groups for Deloitte Central Europe;
• Ensure effective internal communications keep our practitioners informed and engaged with the regional industry groups;
• Build influential relationships with stakeholders in the business to ensure effective execution;
• Promote business development opportunities through project management and campaign support, ensuring that all campaigns are measured and reported on;
• Assist in ad hoc projects;
• To understand Deloitte’s brand positioning and values and ensure all marketing activities reflect this;
• To review and collate competitor activity and market developments and provide recommendations as to how this may affect future marketing plans.
