• Previous experience of using enterprise IT solutions;

• Management and maintenance of the Asset Inventory (including asset identification, classification, ownership and license management);
• Periodical review of Asset Inventory to ensure their validity (cooperation with application and finance team);
• Cooperation with procurement team in terms of procurement of new assets including SW and HW;
• Cooperation with applications team in the area of new software development and implementation;
• Maintenance and ownership of the new software implementation process, including but not limited to: receiving new apps implementation requests, initialization of the process, ensuring that all required information are provided by the requestor, ensuring that all support functions’ and decision makers’ approvals are in place, acting as a SPOC (single point of contact) for both requestor and support functions, overall supervisory of the process, reporting on the process if required;
• Verify if the assets are supported by the required valid licenses;
• Periodical verification that only authorized and properly licensed assets are used to ensure compliance with software vendor contracts and license terms and conditions;
• Identify cases of non-compliance, perform mitigation actions and periodical reporting;
• Management of the exception approval process for all security restrictions, including but not limited to: receiving and analyzing all requests, collecting all required information from the requestor, preparation approval request for the approvers, cooperation with the operational team in terms of the implementation of the approved exceptions, logging and reporting on all received requests.
