The qualified candidate will supervise and support teams of Performance Analytics Analysts who perform and/or oversee audits and data integrity controls of performance results calculated in internal and external Performance systems to produce timely and accurate Investment Performance reporting that are provided to our clients. The candidate will fulfil duties related to Operations, Project, (Internal) Client and People Management within the Performance function.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the assigned Performance functional areas related to Operations management, Project management, (Internal) Client management and People management.
  • Provide expert knowledge, guidance, support and development opportunities to staff.
  • Own the overall quality and timeliness experience for service deliverables on assigned internal clients relationships
  • Support business continuity planning and succession planning to maintain and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Support Teams in the coordination of daily and month-end processes and effective utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements to increase client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with respective donor sites and internal groups
  • Other ad hoc tasks requested by senior manager

 

Required Qualifications:

  • +5 years of related work experience, including previous experience managing staff
  • Economics, Accountancy, and/or Business related degree (preferred)
  • CIPM, CFA and/or other industry qualifications, a plus
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
