What will you do?
As Team Leader in Order Management you will be mainly responsible for:
- Resolution of escalations related to work of the Team regarding the process
- Support for the Client and Team members on non-standard cases related to customer requests, contracts, order management, returns management or disputes
- Adhering to contractual obligations when supporting the Client
- Managing the team performance using metrics, capacity study and performing quality checks
- Managing development and career of team members by performance and talent discussions
Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
- Very good English (C1)
- Practical Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience above 2 years in working in Customer Service related to OTC or Order Management area
- 1-2 years of experience in managing high performing team
Preferably experience with SAP
