job description:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly client fee breakdowns
- Handle questions and queries from clients regarding invoices
- Prepare financial/ client billing reports required by the team or the client
- Send reminders for overdue client invoices
- Keep accurate financial records (Accruals, Central Management fee etc.)
- Solve queries from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department regarding client payments
- Check and review costs paid to overseas offices and initiate chargebacks if necessary
- Prepare annual invoice reconciliations
- Provide support to the wider engagement teams with finance reporting and queries
- Prepare and analyze reports for regular internal finance meetings
our expectations:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Similar work experience considered an asset but not required
- 2-3 years of previous experience in administration
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools in particular Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, etc) is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Affinity for working with numbers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Able to work in the matrix reporting lines (dotted line in Poland, direct line in Switzerland)
