job description:

 

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client fee breakdowns
  • Handle questions and queries from clients regarding invoices
  • Prepare financial/ client billing reports required by the team or the client
  • Send reminders for overdue client invoices
  • Keep accurate financial records (Accruals, Central Management fee etc.)
  • Solve queries from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department regarding client payments
  • Check and review costs paid to overseas offices and initiate chargebacks if necessary
  • Prepare annual invoice reconciliations
  • Provide support to the wider engagement teams with finance reporting and queries
  • Prepare and analyze reports for regular internal finance meetings

our expectations:

 

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • Similar work experience considered an asset but not required
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in administration
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools in particular Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, etc) is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Affinity for working with numbers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Able to work in the matrix reporting lines (dotted line in Poland, direct line in Switzerland)
