Job Description
- PMO for transition projects in Europe
- Building the business case, monitoring progress, tracking costs vs plan, tracking estimated benefits vs initial estimates
- Supporting transition projects through the full life-cycle, drawing up knowledge transfer and communication plans
- Mapping F&A process
- Recommending and implementing process improvements
- Bringing innovative solutions to solving complex projects
- Maintaining close business relationship with Local senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient level of English (other language are an asset)
- Experience in F&A transition projects / project management / change management
- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) system will be an asset
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies - preferably Six Sigma, Green Belt
- Ability to understand complex, multi-project environments
- Be able to quickly diagnose potential risks and issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
