Work location: Kraków

Job description:
You will be responsible for:

-monitoring and investigating error logs and the reasons for deviations in shipments during loading or delivery by liaising with various stakeholders, e.g. scheduling support, hauliers, supply, stock reconciliation and collect operational details to provide the solution
-checking and resolving loading error logs and delivery error logs
-investigating all inconsistent deliveries to ensure right quantity invoiced
-processing customer's disputes by amending shipments to the correct product, quantity and customer
-ensuring documentation and filling is accurate as well as compliant with local regulations​
-observing and reporting hauliers performance in relation to load and delivery data quality

Our key challenges are:
-investigating and timely resolving discrepancies of delivered/loaded quantities
-month end closing processing 
-managing wide range of Shell internal stakeholders, e.g. scheduling/delivery assurance team, road transport, supply teams, retail billing/wetstock teams, inventory and many more.

 

Requirements:
-ability to work under pressure
-strong relationship building skills
-proficiency in time management and task prioritization
-good working knowledge of MS Excel, GSAP 
-very good English (B2), German on same level (B2) would be an asset
