For our client international, well known Company we are looking for candidates for a position of
Responsibilities:
- manage transformation and integration projects in relation to process accounting, procurement and other processes within SSC,
- define project plan, manage stakeholders responsible for sub streams and secure on time delivery of the project milestones with close cooperation with project sponsor,
- facilitate project meetings and status reviews with project team and steering committee,
- keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts and together with project sponsor make hard decisions for your project,
- manage time and resources required to deliver project milestones.
Requirements:
- at least Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification,
- experience in Project Management preferably in organization transformation projects,
- certification as a project management professional (PMP),
- good understanding of change management process,
- experience in managing demanding stakeholders,
- good planning skills and exceptional delivery performance,
- ability to close all operational gaps for implementation,
- action-oriented way of working with an eye for details,
- ability to work as a part of a strong and successful team.
