Job Description
- Manage and develop customer portfolio for Pharmaceutical Excipients
- Manage and increase Customer relationship/satisfaction for excipients
- Retain existing customers when profitable
- Identify new clients potential portfolio
- Develop the networking with the client in order to better identify strategic business orientation and the business growth opportunities
- Develop a road map for each account
- Determine a business plan of profitable growth
- Develop and effectively present value proposition to named accounts, using strategic partners where required
- Generate profitable growth in Poland ,Central Europe on all product segments.
The Successful Applicant
- You are a professional within the industry and have a strong business and natural science background
- Several years sales experience of Excipients and proven track record
- Established network in the pharmaceutical industry
- Performance driven and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic and confident, with the ability to work proactively
- Customer focused and service oriented
- Hands-on mentality
- 35-40% travel activity
- Business level in English (oral & writing)
- Good know how of standard IT-platforms, such as MS-Office, Outlook, Dynamics
- Valid driving license
