Our Client is serving the life science industry for over five decades. With HQ in Switzerland the company provides top quality products and technical knowledge for the clients. To expand and ensure a targeted market approach, our client is seeking an Area Sales & BD Manager for Central Europe located in Poland who will promote high quality Pharmaceutical Excipients to the innovator and generic industry.

Job Description
A successful candidate needs to have a pharmaceutical background and a network within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Manage and develop customer portfolio for Pharmaceutical Excipients
  • Manage and increase Customer relationship/satisfaction for excipients
  • Retain existing customers when profitable
  • Identify new clients potential portfolio
  • Develop the networking with the client in order to better identify strategic business orientation and the business growth opportunities
  • Develop a road map for each account
  • Determine a business plan of profitable growth
  • Develop and effectively present value proposition to named accounts, using strategic partners where required
  • Generate profitable growth in Poland ,Central Europe on all product segments.
The Successful Applicant
  • You are a professional within the industry and have a strong business and natural science background
  • Several years sales experience of Excipients and proven track record
  • Established network in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Performance driven and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and confident, with the ability to work proactively
  • Customer focused and service oriented
  • Hands-on mentality
  • 35-40% travel activity
  • Business level in English (oral & writing)
  • Good know how of standard IT-platforms, such as MS-Office, Outlook, Dynamics
  • Valid driving license
