Job description:

You will be in a dynamic and exciting role needing strong customer focus and development of integrated marketing communications and initiatives. The role requires all disciplines of B2B marketing communication with a strong focus on Campaign Management leveraged via digital and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) channels.
 

 

  • Leads and develops the global comms strategy & content plan for Shell Aviation [including identification of insights, selection of the most effective channels, budget management and research/metrics], and translate this strategy into account-based marketing campaigns that activate Shell’s Aviation (SAV) drumbeat messaging to key audiences.

  • Leads and oversee all marketing campaigns and activities centrally and within the region and ensure that all campaigns deployed are designed to meet specific branding, commercial and new customer acquisition targets on a monthly basis

  • Oversees day-to-day relationships with Media Agencies, Digital Team, External Relations agency, to drive account based marketing campaigns and plans, with a focus on key deliverables and successful outcomes

  • Act as the Channel Owner for SAV Twitter/LinkedIN Handle and website. Leads SAV’s social media strategy and ensuring both content and customer journeys across these platforms are leveraged via account based marketing campaigns and have a continuous always-on relevance to our audiences

  • Promotes insights & customer success story generation to and from the frontline and translating this into powerful internal and external storytelling that reinforces SAV drumbeat messages.

  • Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of Global communications & account based marketing campaigns, discovering and implementing improvements to maximise budget efficiencies across all channels.

  • Brings an external and competitive perspective to SAV communications and drive effective PR and digital engagements with customers and industry partners globally.

  • Strong budget and cost management, agency management & KPI setting and benchmarking.

  • Collaborates with other Marketing Communications teams across Shell e.g. Sponsorship, ER, IR, Creative Solutions, to ensure synergies or optimised marketing communications programmes across the broader Shell canvas, where appropriate.

  • Support the delivery of our CRM journey in close co-operation with the regional marketing team, leveraging technology and automated CRM platforms to build a continuous communication process with our customer base.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision is highly capable in digital/social media communications, account-based marketing campaigns and audience targeting techniques.

 

Other Requierments:

  • ​English C1/C2 

  • Degree holder majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline

  • Experience in professional marketing with a proven track record managing successful integrated marketing programs. Solid experience in B2B marketing is a plus, with a proven track record of achieving campaign ROI by developing and managing extensive new client acquisition, lead generation, nurture and engagement campaigns

  • Strong content marketing experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

  • Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO/SEM campaign execution, website development/maintenance, social media channel management and tactics

  • Dynamic, self-driven and creative individual with a positive, can-do attitude and hands-on approach

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and time-management skills
