Job Description
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead efficiency improvement projects with operational associates in line with CI method and objectives
- Implement Continuous Improvement Approach
- Actively identify and work on process optimization at the local site
- Monitor workstream progress for delivery against plan, scope and budget
- Build capabilities on operational level and develop key mindsets and behaviors of other team members
- Gather information and analyze process information to identify areas of improvement
- Run and monitor improvement projects for dedicated process
- Responsible for process documentation, reporting on its projects and share project related information
- Support operations to implement process performance management and continuous improvement
- Prepare and lead workshops utilizing Lean Management tools
- Update training materials and user guides when necessary
The Successful Applicant

- University degree required
- English and Polish language skills required
- Good knowledge of and experience with CI and/or LEAN methodologies
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
- Ability to make decisions, meet deadlines and work under pressure
