For one of our Client, the company which is operating in Business Services area we are looking for an HR Team Leade

• Onboarding team who will be responsible for creating a team for newly introduced processes into company.
• Leading, managing and developing a newly created team of Onboarding Specialist
• Organization of the team's work
• Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
• Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
• Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
• Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
• Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied

• A minimum 3 years of experience in HR department
• A minimum 1 year of experience in team management
• Higher education (preferred: human resource management, psychology, personnel management or related)
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Fluent English
• Very good work organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to take part in transition from the UK
