For our client, Service Center in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Accountant with Spanish OTC/AR who will be responsible for providing high quality accounting services for assigned Client’s businesses by performing daily accounting activities.

• Processing invoices in the system
• Contacting customers regarding not paid positions
• Handling queries related to invoices (e-mail/phone contact)
• Monitoring pending documentation for non-billed items
• Preparing reports(daily/weekly)
• Maintain good cooperation with Client
• Participating in team meetings

• 2 years of experience in AR/OtC accounting (in BPO/SSC sector)
• Fluent Spanish and very good knowledge of English language is a must
• Good Excel knowledge
• Good knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP)
• Task and time management skillsplanning and organising skills
• Team work and good communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure and in short terms
• Strong motivation to work in accounting in an international team
