For our Client, the international company SSC in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist.

• Contributes and monitors optimization action planning & deployment (especially Six Sigma methodology)
• Cooperates closely with operations teams to identify process improvements and potential for automation
• Participate in regular update session with key Stakeholders
• Follow Lead Six Sigma methodology to achieve results
• Comes with a proactive and innovative approach with ideas to improve services
• Assists in research and theory testing
• Work closely with technical team responsible for deployment of solutions

• Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma best practices
• At least 2-3 year of experience at similar position within corporate, fast-paced environment (SSC/BPO)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with stakeholders
• Analytical approach and good problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, high sense of responsibility
• Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
• Excellent reporting skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel)
• Able to work un-supervised to drive positive results
• Very good command of English
