• - Order entry and processing in SAP system
• - Scheduling deliveries
• - Inventory control and cycle count resolution
• - Communication with front office and sales teams and internal business units
• - Processing product returns

• - Min. 1 year experience in customer service/orders management/administration
• - Fluent German
• - Good English
• - Very good computer skills,
• - Good communication skills and proactive personality, organisation, business orientation
• - Knowledge of SAP or CRM system
