- Establish a strategy, approach and process for delivering optimal user experience for our software applications
- Perform usability analysis of existing apps and provide critical feedback and recommendations
- Create clean and pixel-perfect UI designs from labels, buttons, input fields to whole screens, both independently and as part of a team
- Design bearing user requirements and expectations of a diverse user base in mind
- Build interactive prototypes to test ideas and communicate them internally and externally
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
- Demonstrate design concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
- Plan and conduct user experience testing
- Develop story boards to facilitate communication with clients and development teams
- Develop User Experience requirements documents to capture requirements by role, function, etc.

- 3-5+ years of experience working with UX/UI design
- B.S. in Graphic Arts or related experience, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience designing enterprise-class software applications
- Ability to execute on all phases of the end-to-end UX/UI workflow – from concept, design to final hand-off to developers
- Proficiency with a variety of UX/UI design tools
- Experience creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity mock-ups as well as prototypes
- Experience creating personas, story boards, user journey maps, process flows, information architecture and other UX/UI deliverables
- Experience in translating existing branding guidelines into UI designs
- Experience creating design systems and style guides
- Understanding of usability principles and WCAG guidelines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to staying current on trends and technologies associated with UX Design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong visual design expertise
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Atomic Design practices
- Ability to follow established application design patterns and to convey technical solutions through natural language, diagrams, and design patterns
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
