Job description:

If you have an analyst mind and if you would like to support daily operations of the Hydrocarbon team, this role could help you spread your wings and give you a chance to real impact on the company’s development.

 

 

What’s the role?

As Manage HC Inventory you will be responsible for executing process steps timely and always the first time right as per WI to ensure the on-target process’ Key Performance Indicators’ (identify the cause of performance gaps, prepare improvement plan, drive discussion within and outside FO to close the actions).

 

More specifically, your role will include:

  • Operate the most challenging scope in the area of Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation with different dimensions of complexity.

  • Coordinate issue resolution in the team; take over different types of requests from stakeholders and can appropriately identify issue owner/necessary action.

  • Ensure effective KPIs analysis by identifying root causes, implementing and monitoring improvement plans; present results to different parties within Hydrocarbon organization and Business.

  • Cooperate closely with S&I, Pillar Owner, Process Experts and GRA regarding issues to drive operational excellence and effective Control Framework.

  • Provide information and explain all the concerns on the process/Control Framework to internal and external auditors including facilitation of the talk through/walkthrough meetings.

  • Contribute to process improvements and simplification, in particular, support Process Owners with Continuous Improvement efforts and leveraging CI mind-set.

 

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who has good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and will be able to extrapolate this skill to understand the overall impact for the Hydrocarbon organization. Beyond that, we’d hope to see as many following as possible on You CV:

 

  • Ability to influence team without formal authority and coach people for performance.

  • Ability to collaborate closely across teams/processes and to represent Hydrocarbon externally.

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders within a global environment.

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Good knowledge of GSAP accounting system is desirable.

  • Financial processes knowledge is desirable.

  • Knowledge of accounting rules with a focus on stock accounting is expected.

  • Business level English B2/C1 other languages will be an asset.
