Requirements:

• At least 3 years professional experience,
• Relevant consulting or industry experience in supporting delivery of technology projects using agile practices;
• Ability to work on variety of project types, from assessments of delivery processes, defining agile transformation strategies to coaching teams and whole organizations;
• Exceptional problem structuring and solving skills;
• Great communication skills;
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM or SSM);
• Certification proving understanding of agile scaling models would be a plus; 
• Experience in defining organizational processes (in area of strategy, finance, HR) that support agile delivery would be a plus;
• Willingness to travel across Poland and Europe.
