Job Description
- Implement and execute HR strategy for the company in Poland
- Provide general HR support to the business partners in achieving their business objectives
- Managed small team responsible for payroll and HR administration management
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Central HR Team and local business partners
- Promote all new HR processes and tools as well as run all HR related projects.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled through recruitment processes and manage talent in order to create succession planning process
- Asses training needs and provide alignment of training content
- Run the training session and coaching for management team
- Implement a compensation strategy that retain and engage great people
- Become an ambassador of bringing to life company culture.
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
The Successful Applicant
- University degree, postgraduate degree in HR will be an asset, grounded knowledge of Labor law and HR
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR gained in the production environment
- Experienced in providing HR support for company management (recruitment, staff evaluation, compensation and benefits policies)
- Target-driven with can-do attitude
- Fluency in English is a must
- Project Management and Change Management Skills
- Strong Business Acumen
