Our Client is a global real estate investment fund, which recently entered polish market with a plan to build a significant presence within warehouse / industrial area to become a market leader. Due to dynamic growth we are seeking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for setting up process and report standards and supervise all asset management activities within the market.

Job Description
- Take initiative to prepare portfolio strategy and necessary business plans
- Manage the capital improvement strategies and processes of the allocated portfolio
- Supervise all development activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports of portfolio
- Create and execute Opex and Capex budgets
- Supervise external leasing and property management process
- Monthly review of operating statements
- Control and analysis of all project's agreements (commercial and operational)
- Evaluate the local markets to identify changes and trends and the related impact on real estate values and investment strategies
- Support the due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions
- Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, brokers, consultants and attorneys
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree within business, finance or real estate
- At least of 5-8 years of proven experience in asset management area
- Experience of managing a commercial property portfolio (preferably industrial experience)
- Extensive experience in leasing, lease consultancy and the development of a property portfolio
- Specialist knowledge of financial management in relation to managing a property portfolio
- Strong commercial skills including experience of options appraisals and interpretation of financial and commercial information
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
