Job Description
- Lead and manage the whole sales function across various client acquisition channels including digital, direct, through external partners
- Increase the company's market share and sales results
- Monitor and control sales results across all segments
- Plan and forecast sales accordingly
- Ensure optimal client segmentation
- Liaise with product development, marketing, finance and IT departments to ensure best product to market fit
The Successful Applicant
- Experience on a senior sales position in a financial institution (retail banking, consumer loans, others)
- Broad experience in personally leading complex negotiations with external partners
- Practical experience with products offered online
- Very good understanding of the digital world
- Ability to interact and understand the needs of different client groups
- Successful track-record in leading sales teams to success
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
