Job Description
- Generate and develop sales opportunities, engage prospective targets
- Assist the partners and conduct commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain B2B client relationship with new and existing distributors
- Guide and challenge distributors on their commercial strategies
- Provide technical advice and consultative sales to support distributors in the sales process
- Leverage CRM solutions to improve commercial efficiency of partners
- Ensure the respect from distributors of financial, regulatory and quality commitments
- Support quick resolution of technical issues in cooperation with both Service Team and local Marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with local relevant Key Opinion Leaders and physicians associations
- Ensure relationships and synergies with local stakeholders
- Contribute to local Voice of Customer and product positioning in the region
- Monitor markets trends and competition
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and distributors management on tghe regional level in medical devices
- In-depth understanding of Capital Equipment
- Knowledge of business in CEE and countries' specifics
- Fluency in English is a must-have
- Mobility (travel up to 80%)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Active listener with ability to offer custom-made solutions
- Enterpreneur spirit - proactive, self-sufficient
