Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • 1- year experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent French
  • English B2
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working climate
  • Team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate

What will you do?

  • Ensure that the daily activities are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader
  • Achieve targets to maximise productivity, quality and service standards.
  • Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the client
  • Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function
  • Job specification
  • Log and respond for the e-mail/phone queries within agreed deadline
  • S2P activities (if required however not in contradiction to SOD)
  • Invoice Processing / T&E /  Master Data /  Pre-Process / Capture / Authorize / Payment / Reporting
