Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience on similar positions (audits, compliance and similar)
  • Strong experience with UK Payroll and Rewards regulations (minimum 2 years)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fluency in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Very good knowledge of continuous improvement methodology, automation and robotization tools
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Experience in transitions and transformation will be an asset
  • Proactive and positive mindset, solution-focused and able to work in a very dynamic multi-cultural changing environment
  • Analytical and critical problem-solving thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-changing organization
  • Readiness to work in shifts (Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.)

What will you do?

The purpose of this role is to manage the process and regulatory compliance of the service delivered to the client in all HR areas in scope. Another aspect of the role will be to execute quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures that compliance framework is maintained and executed
  • Participates in all internal and external audits related to payroll
  • Is up-to-date with regulatory requirements and translates them into process requirements
  • Executes quality assurance framework
  • Supports process improvement initiatives, including automation and robotization of the processes
  • Provides daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports related to compliance and process quality controls
  • Delivers regulatory/compliance trainings to delivery team members
  • Encourages co-operative team-working across the business
  • Ensures that transitions and change management are delivered according to standard and methodology
  • Continually seeks out ways to improve client satisfaction
  • Possibility to participate in transition in Q2
