Senior HR Process Automation Specialist
Who are we looking for?
Mandatory Technical Knowledge:
- At least 2 years hand on experiences in the developing and maintaining of automation solutions e.g. with Microsoft Excel VBA
- Very Good / Advanced Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) including advanced knowledge of VBA and Macro Creation
- Knowledge and Experiences:
Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge and Experiences in the usage of:
- At least basic knowledge and experiences in the usage of creating tools / applications in MS Visual Studio or similar program/s.
- At least basic knowledge and experiences in the usage of SQL Database or similar database tool (especially as basis of tools / applications).
- At least basic knowledge and experiences in the usage of Programming Language Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET).
- At least Intermediate to advanced skills and experiences in the Programming Language VBA
Alternative Skill Set (Minimum required Qualification):
- At least Advanced VBA knowledge and skills as well as proven experiences in the development of automation solution in VBA.
- Strong self-learning ability and strong passion for programming and automations solution as well as high and proven analytic skills
- Willingness to learn fast in self-study, smaller provided trainings as well as on the job (by creating solutions) the usage of MS Visual Studio, Programming Language Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET) and SQL Database.
What will you do?
Main accountabilities:
- Designing and maintaining macro-based solutions to be used in HR processes on client side
- Handling incidents and change requests related to implemented automation
- Creating, updating and reviewing of all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and user instructions
- Providing necessary reporting/statistic input to Team Leader
- Managing System Access for team members of assigned HRO Team as well as client user
