Job description:

What’s the role?
As Analyst - Manage Hydrocarbon Inventor you are going to provide daily operations of the Hydrocarbon teams in one of the sub-processes: Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. Provide proactively issue resolution in own area of accountability. Deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team.

 

More specifically, your role will include:

  • Processing AP/AR invoices, creating and maintaing contracts,
  • Performing monthly stock valuation and SoAR analysis
  • Resolve process issues with the help of other teams, both within and outside the Finance department.
  • Production variances verification and correction.
  • Provide information and explain all the concerns on the process/Control Framework to internal and external auditors including facilitation of the talkthrough/walkthrough meetings
  • Ensure effective KPIs analysis by identifying root causes, implementing and monitoring improvement plans; presents results from own area of accountability to different parties within Hydrocarbon organisation and Business


 
 Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in finance related processes,
  • Knowledge of GSAP accounting system,
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
  • Accurate data input skills, analytical skills & attention to details,
  • English B2/C1 (other languages will be an asset/as required for job position specifics).
