Who we are looking for

The individual will be part of the Chief of Staff Poland/Data Analytics function. The main task will to contributed to reporting process for the purpose of Poland Senior Management.

What you will be responsible for

As Data Analytics Senior Specialist your responsibilities will include

  • Ability to work independently and effectively execute established goals;
  • Analytical skills, ability to prepare concise data analysis, resiliency related analysis;
  • Production of MIs for key senior stakeholders in Poland and Region,
  • Support implementation of innovative reporting techniques and new tools which enhance the process and improve efficiency;
  • Support implementation of advanced reporting tools;
  • Following up actions arising from committee meetings;
  • Preparing data related to MI, making updates in relevant databases (Access, SharePoint, Tableau);
  • Maintaining respective action logs and charters;
  • Perform or effectively accommodate relevant ad-hoc analysis;  
  • Monitor changes to business services dependencies and follow them in cooperation with stakeholders in the region;
  • Provide administrative support for Resiliency related processes and projects;
  • Taking part in strategic discussions and workload planning;
  • Communicating  and presenting professionally to senior stakeholders.

 

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Skilled in reporting, with strong presentation skills, using data visualization software (Collaborate/SharePoint, SQL, Tableau, Python);
  • Advanced PC literacy including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must;
  • Ability to operate at a senior management level and engage with senior staff from different State Street locations;
  • Demonstrate commitment to the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture, including integrity and ethical values;
  • Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in personal behavior;
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
  • Communicate confidently, effectively and clearly in both written and verbal forms;
  • Excellent English is a must.

 

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience;
  • At least 1 year of experience in Management Information, Data Analytics or reporting areas in a similar industry subject to financial regulations;
  • PMO, project management qualification (Prince 2, MSP, Agile) or equivalent demonstrable experience and/or skills is an asset;
