- Lead integrated planning process providing a robust monthly S & OP cycle - Manage planning & S&OP Team - Optimize working capital (inventory element), through increasing Inventory Turns -Ensure there is adequate stock to cover customer requirements and ATP is always positive for stocked items across all markets - Identify and maintain inventory targets and inventory forecast across FG - Implement demand pull methods Level loading and Kanban from finished goods warehouses. (driven by customer order signal) - To work with and influence the planning processes within few factory locations to optimize the planning the parameters and set out and agree the leadtime and batch size reduction in a progressive controlled manner.
The Successful Applicant
- Master of Science in Supply Chain or Economics or any relevant education - English language fluent knowledge - Excellent project and program management skills - At least 5 years of experience on managerial position within supply chain areas - Experience in building & leading transformation processes - Knowledge & proven experience within the area Supply Chain processes - Ability to manage expectation of different groups of stakeholders - Ability to communicate effectively with different group of stakeholders - Ability to work under pressure (resilience).
