Job Description
- Talent Acquisition process design for Europe, Russia, and the Americas
- Cooperation with HR business partners and local leaders
- Working on Global transformation and implementation within Talent Development and Talent Acquisition area
- Succession Planning and Top Talent identification and development programs
- Global Mobility activities
- Leading and participating in global Talent Management programs
- Cooperating with global excellence team
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years in multi-national/global corporation with significant HR experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Experience in global projects within the area of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Experience in change management on a global scale - preferably project within Europe and the US.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously
- Making strategic connections to deliver practical solutions in a cost-effective manner
- English language proficiency
