Job Description
- Build a successful strategy for an allocated retail portfolio to secure investor business goals
- Be responsible for asset value growth
- Prepare necessary monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports of portfolio
- Create and review annual budgets
- Undertake periodic asset reviews and detailed analysis
- Manage cooperation with external service providers
- Supervision of leasing and technical process
- Manage valuation process
The Successful Applicant
- Masters Degree within business, finance or real estate
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management area (preferably retail experience)
- RICS qualification would be a strong advantage
- Extensive knowledge of asset management process
- Specialist knowledge of financial management in relation to managing a property portfolio
- Expert knowledge of commercial (retail) property market conditions
- Strong negotiations skills
- Fluency in English
- Highly developed communication skills
