Job Description
- Global Purchasing Budget and forecast preparation.
- Calculation of the Annual purchasing amount / monthly reforecasting in coordination with the finance department.
- Preparation of department yearly budget and tracking of execution.
- Tracking of department performance indicators, preparation of Dashboards and compilation of Action plans.
- Review suppliers performance vs previous years / standards and prepare reports to the segment leaders / Prepare Medium and Long term Business plans with vendors.
- Coordinate regular Supplier financial sanity checks / evaluation of new vendors.
- Control of the application of supplier contractual terms in all subsidiaries.
- Track application of IFRS rules on procurement activities and support local teams in the proper booking.
- Develop standards and work on continuous improvement processes.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as management controller in the industrial sector (preferably automotive), in similar role.
- Experience in SAP tools, particularly on ERP modules Production planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
- Experienced in MS office tools
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages & databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Degree in Economics or Business administration.
- Proficient in English
