Job Description
- Setting, updating and verifying customer data in the SAP system
- Monitoring, ensuring compatibility and correctness of all data in the Master Data
- Coordinating approvals for all process related to Customer Master Data
- Managing collection of tax exemption certificates and other licenses as required
- Investigating the customer credit applications and tax jurisdiction set-ups
- Running data reconciliation, maintenance support, documentation, reporting and communication with the region
- Contributing to on-going process improvement and process management
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Economic or IT
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP system
- Fluent English, other European language will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and result orientation
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Well-organized, proactive, responsive and results driven attitude
