Job Description
- SAP FICO knowledge and experience - but also in-depth Finance business process knowledge
- Experience of building and driving standard processes and enforcing their adoption through a Global SAP implementation and roll-out projects
- Manage a mixed FICO deployment team of internal IT, business and external consulting partner resources responsible for delivering SAP roll-out projects
- Working with the Group Finance GPO's (Global Process Owners) EMEA SME's, and Global SAP teams in the design and build of the Group SAP global template
- Governance: Creating, enforcing and following the defined Global standards and procedures and related - governance to full-cycle deployment projects, enhancement projects and helpdesk tickets to ensure process, data, reports and methodology compliance
The Successful Applicant
- This position will require extensive hands-on SAP FICO knowledge and experience in a Global Enterprise-wide SAP system (S/4HANA preferred)
- Minimum of 8 year's experience of working in a Global SAP Projects
- Experience in partnering with business leaders to develop and drive global initiatives. Able to establish credibility and build support for solutions across various functional teams and business stakeholders
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships
- Flexible and adaptable to fast paced, evolving environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of integration points from SAP FICO module to other related modules (SD, MM & PP)
- Solution oriented and demonstrates agility and resourcefulness in identifying creative and practical solutions
- Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical people both verbally and in writing. Represents company interests with outside customers and vendors in a professional and articulate manner
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and deliverables, and managing expectations accordingly
- Courage and ability to influence and make hard decisions
