Job Description
- Managing R2R team of 20+ team members, ensuring quality and efficiency of work, coaching, mentoring, recruiting and developing the team
- Leading knowledge transfer from European countries to Poland and managing transformation process in the SSC environment
- Supervising process improvement projects
- Creating and developing policies and procedures of the R2R department
- Providing accounting technical guidance and assistance across the region regarding IFRS and local GAAPs
- Consolidating legal entity statements and local statutory reporting in the region
- Ensuring a fair workflow during the month, and an effective split during month closing and the accuracy of financial reports
- Executing accounting and reports
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Finance and Accounting or Economics
- Experience in a similar role in a production company from the SSC/BPO sector
- Experience in managing a team of min. 20 FTEs
- Strong accounting and financial reporting background
- Fluent English, other European language will be an asset
- Excellent working knowledge of MS suite
- Working knowledge of ERP class system is essential
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
