Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager CEE is to manage and support existing distribution and develop new distribution channels.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business & achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Own and manage monthly sales forecast process.
  • Preparing, coordinating sales quotations and tender bids.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company
  • Territorial responsibility for clients in Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans.
  • Key task is to obtain the largest possible share in the assigned territory at a desirable price.
  • Managing and developing relations with key end-users.
  • You must develop sufficient knowledge of a customer's business to enable shaping the supply needs into specifications that the company can readily and profitably provide.
  • Maintain contacts with Technical, Marketing, Service, Product Management and Finance Departments to provide excellent customer service in all areas.
  • The job also requires the ability to deal with extended travel and absences from home.
The Successful Applicant
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Professional experience in sales in autotmotive, agricultural, heavy ecquipment or other machinery / tools.
  • Extensive knowledge and a thorough understanding in developing sales through distribution networks.
  • Fluency in English, Polish, good knowledge of Russian would be beneficial.
  • Very good organisation skills, as the position is independent.
  • Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
